- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget constraints.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
- Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and financial analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing road and bridge construction projects.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the project team and throughout the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Additional certificates such as PMP
- Strong English communication skills
- 20 - 25 years' experience in the management of Highways, Bridges and Tunnels
- Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC
