Eram Talent is currently seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team. As a leading Talent Acquisition Company, we are committed to providing exceptional staffing solutions for our clients across various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI to help drive data-informed decision making.Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Extract data from various sources, clean and transform data, and perform data modeling.
Create data visualizations, data animations, and custom visuals.
Analyze data and identify trends and insights to support data-driven decision making.
Monitor data quality to ensure accuracy and troubleshoot data issues.
Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively utilize Power BI reports and dashboards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
At least 7 years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.
Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience in data modeling and data visualization best practices.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
