In this role, you will support our Account Managers in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.Key Responsibilities:- Assist Account Managers in managing and servicing client accounts
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and respond to inquiries
- Prepare and analyze reports for clients, including risk assessments and insurance coverage summaries
- Process policy changes and endorsements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database
- Support the new business process by preparing proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide proactive solutions to clients
- Assist in the renewal process by preparing renewal submissions and negotiating with insurance carriers
- Handle any other duties or projects as assigned by the Account ManagerRequirements:- Previous experience in account management or client services preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
