- Must have engineering knowledge to the extent that the operator can COMPREHEND and PRODUCE civil, mechanical, firefighting, architectural, electrical drawings. (i.e Shop drawings etc.)
- Individual must be EXPERT in deriving quantities of materials from drawings to match with BOQ (if provided by client).
- He/She must be able to CREATE an MTO (Material To Order).
