- Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the overall partnership implementation strategy, aligning with the company's business goals and growth objectives.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of partnership implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in partnership implementation, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
- Contractual Compliance: Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements, working closely with legal and compliance teams to address any issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of partnership initiatives, tracking performance against targets and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, acting as a liaison to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and explore opportunities for mutual growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in partnership implementation processes, leveraging best practices and feedback to drive operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the partnership implementation team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

- Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of successful partnership implementation.
