Job description:
- Set up and operate machines as well as CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, etc
- Understand the specifications of the required task and the desired result by reading mechanical plans and drawings
- Translating instructions into computer commands so that machines can perform the job correctly
- Preparing and loading raw materials and spare parts onto machines
- Prepare a test run to check if machines are producing output according to specifications
- Adjust machines to complete full cycles of manufacturing a large number of parts
- Supervise machines as they carry out tasks and make any necessary adjustments to achieve a better result
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them to requirements to determine if the process has been completed correctly
- Inspect and maintain machines daily to ensure they are delivering the required performance
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the skills of operating machines and machines using computers
- Good understanding of computer programming and use of CAD/CAM
- Ability to use measuring tools and notice fine details
- Mechanical aptitude and good mathematics skills
- Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities
- English-good
- Full Time
