- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative planning or project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
