availability, and managing the efficiency of the shipyard's production. Additionally,
developing the annual budget, conducting quarterly reviews of plant hours, and planning
integrated production by order, while utilizing company IT infrastructure for effective
production management.Strategic Responsibilities
- Align section goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy while maintaining awareness of commercial and business objectives.
- Ensure the accomplishment of organizational unit objectives by managing staff;
- Supervise the entire work done by the team members and making sure it is completed on time without any delay.
- Lead the team to complete tasks and meet goals through delegation of responsibilities and supervising business operations.
- Set the vision and motivation of the team in order to achieve the sought objectives
- Track and report critical organizational unit performance results and escalate and
- Manage the development of work orders based on the detailed information received from CI & Methods pertaining to Production Engineering and the specific production targets/goals for different sections.
- Manage the feasibility analysis of the production volume and develop the initial Work Order Compensation Plan and breaking down the factory production service hours by workshop, in collaboration with the Work Preparation Organizational Units, Technical Assistance to Production and Production Centers, taking into account the capacity of the construction site.
- Manage the analysis during construction, the causes of any deviations of the activities from the programs and values of the Compensation Plan promoting appropriate corrective interventions at the various functions involved and updating the Programs and the Coupon Plan in the ERP.
- Manage the costs of Changes and NCs (Non-Conformities) and supervising the related analysis activities.
- Collaborate with Shipyard and the Program Management Team, Design & Engineering, and Procurement & Supply Chain in order to update monthly Ship Sheet, including cycles, internal contingency, external contingency, and loss of productivity, while utilizing historical data from past constructions, and addressing specific critical issues reported.
- Create the yearly project and plant budget, incorporating quarterly forecasts as needed.
- Manage the processing of monthly balance sheets and internal labor hours in alignment with the work orders and the internal and external procurement plan.
- Provide weekly reports on both internal and external labor hours.
- Manage the processing of monthly and half-yearly Shipyard order data, as well as
- Process monthly/half-yearly Shipyards order and production/productivity data
- Coordinate the collection of forecast and final data from the various Shipyard units for the compilation of the Production Progress Report.
- Verify the registration and finalization of contract progress in ERP.
- Oversee the progression of the SOP (State of Progress) workflow, which involves
- Ensure proper assistance to the Organizational Units responsible for work preparation in the development and management of the detailed programs of the
- Check subcontract authorizations for compliance, enriching the review process with a checklist and enhancing reports related to company entry into the Shipyard.
- Manage supplier evaluation scorecard data into the system, enriching it with additional performance indicators and qualitative feedback.
- Ensure the alignment of the programming and planning of the Shipyards workloads in coherence with the general plan of orders, intervening with the Program Management for documents.

- Ensure the efficient distribution of Shipyard resources according to workloads in

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture or any other similar field.
- Above 9 years of experience in related field including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Naval Architecture or any other similar field.
