- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for the Employee Central module.
- Configure, customize, and implement SuccessFactors Employee Central according to client requirements.
- Design and develop complex business rules and workflows to automate HR processes.
- Integrate Employee Central with other modules within SuccessFactors or third-party systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Employee Central-related issues.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central functionality, including data models, custom objects, workflows, and business rules.
- Experience with Employee Central integrations using tools like Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration.
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors module integration with other modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
