Job Description:Due to the expansion of the Parsons Team at the fantastic Yanbu Industrial City Program, we are looking to recruit a talented HSE Audit & Compliance Supervisor to join the team!Yanbu is a great location on the West (Red Sea) Coast of Saudi Arabia with excellent retail, leisure, healthcare facilities. It is a rapidly growing city and as part of the Saudi 2030 Vision, is a key part of the expansion of KSA.Focusing on both internal Parsons & Royal Commission procedure and activity as well as the compliance of all external and 3rd Party Contractors, In this role you will get to ensure that Parsons SAPL / Royal Commission operations follow all relevant internal and statutory rules / systems / procedures / policies. Also, to review ongoing operations and provide advice on compliance.What You'll Be Doing:Responsible for the development and continual assessment of the compliance program and documents such as, construction Health, Safety and Environment policies, governance standards, procedures, internal and external compliance audits, and compliance and monitoring plansResponsible for compliance to HSE Saudi laws and regulations, and reporting concerns to the HSE Manager.Responsible for address noncompliance situations and developing mitigation plans.Manage compliance audits to identify potential weaknesses and noncompliance situations.Responsible for the development and implementing communication plans to ensure awareness of internal and external program compliance.Responsible for reviewing and revision of the compliance program.Collaborate with external auditors when needed.Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.Responsible for the management, performance, and development of team members.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial safety, environmental science or a related subject obtained at a recognized WESTERN UNIVERSITYMinimum of 12 years’ professional experience in a similar role within a Civil Engineering CompanyLead Auditor AccreditationFamiliar with statutory Health and Safety Standards across KSAFamiliar with Health and Safety practices, standards, and controlsDemonstrable risk management experience and skillsAbility to provide training as new systems and capabilities move into operational use.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Integrity and professional ethicsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.Energetic self-starter who is flexible, organized, conscientious and proactiveMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
