- Responsible for Contract creation, amendment, and tracking compliance. Monitor contract documents and track the execution, expiry & renewal date (if any). Also responsible for managing the claims
- Contract authoring, enablement & administration as per guidelines
- Manage central contract repository: retrieve/add/edit/update contracts and related information for assessment by stakeholders.
- Responsible for translation of amendments to institutionalize any changes in contract data
- Responsible for leading communication to contract owners and relevant departments on amended contracts to ensure the latest versions of contracts are being utilized
- Monitor the validity and expiry of contract-related documents, e.g., Bank guarantees (BG), insurance, and performance guarantees. Initiate renewal process to ensure that the docs are timely renewed
- Monitor contract renewal triggers and identify the scope for re-negotiation. Monitor the contract closeout date and approved contract value for all contracts, report updates to contract owners to ensure budget utilization and validity
- Ensure completion of contract close-out activities as outlined – including the issue of work completion report as per scope of work, payment settlement, etc.
- Monitor Contract KPIs through regular assessments/audits via an established mechanism.
- Receive & validate claims, prepare claim impact assessment report, and perform negotiation of the claim.
- Holding a Bachelor's Degree in law or Business Administration “Mandatory”
- Holding a Certification in Contract Management or Procurement “Preferable”
- Minimum 3Ys of experience in Contract Management and Procurement fields
- Experience in SAMA R&R related to Contracts and Outsourcing “Preferable”
