Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at CIP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve growth objectives, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze competition and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team and track progress towards achieving them.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and cohesion in business development efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing or management consulting industries market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective plans.
