- Assigning duties and shifts for nursing staff.
- Developing and implementing patient care standards.
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Managing budgets and resources.
- Providing support and guidance to nursing staff.
- Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care.
- Maintaining patient records and reports.
- Addressing patient concerns and complaints.
- Collaborating with other health care professionals.
- Bachelor degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience including in depth experience in required specialty and 3 years in same position as a head nurse.
- management diploma or course is preferable
- Proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Good communication skills and well exhibited patient care attitude.
