Job Description:This role will be responsible for independent performance of professional accounting and administrative tasks. The incumbent will also take care of maintaining the centralized revenue and expenditure accounts of the business unit.Your Responsibilities

Book Keeping of AP invoices for proper accounting and Payments
Online Banking Payments to Suppliers & SADAD Government Payments
Book Keeping of AR invoices complied with Tax Authority E-invoice rules
Maintain for Cash management and Bank Reconciliation
Book Keeping of Fixed Assets related to each project
Monthly reporting of AP aging & AR aging
Monthly Booking of Intercompany invoices ( Receivable & Payable )
Monthly reporting of VAT return
Maintain booking of GL accruals, Amortization
Manage the issuing of Purchase orders.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance-English section
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting in KSA market
ICDL Standard Certification is a must
Transferable residency

Requirements:Your Proficiencies

Strong computer skills (MS office)
Bilingual (verbal and written in both English and Arabic)
Communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a computerized accounting environment, ERP Oracle Application an advantage
Full accounting knowledge with reference to the KSA labor law
Deadline-Oriented - Attention to Detail- Time Management
