- Manage the inspection and maintenance of buildings systems and engineering assets to standards.
- Interface with the station's users including PBU, security, tenants, and follow-up with the users’ requests and work orders.
- Investigate and diagnose faulty systems.
- Manage the prioritization of work and delivery to plan through a multi-disciplinary team, check and inspect the contractor's performance, including PPM and CM activities.
- To be on call and provide on-site leadership in the event of an incident.
- Direct the contractors for routine maintenance and minor repairs to buildings and facilities including MEP faults finding.
- Check that safety, assurance, compliance, performance, and business processes are followed.
