- Oversee programming of an entirely new tax withholding platform/system with assistance of AP&S and SAP application programmers
- Oversee programming and implementation for tax reporting of U.S. payroll employees
- Assist Executive comp & HRP&P with their tax quires related to U.S. income tax & executive compensation, & review Executive Payroll
- Review & approve the U.S. and Global tax reporting filings, monthly, quarterly, & annually
- Research regularly the U.S. and global tax code & regulations for any tax updates to enable in the annual SAP programming updates
- Assist in reviewing the U.S. calculations related to U.S. Federal Income Tax Withholding, Hypothetical tax, & the Current Federal Income Tax Reimbursement for all U.S. payroll employees
- Assist in reviewing the U.S. Federal & State tax balancing for U.S. new hires
- Process Electronic Transmission of the U.S. tax data to the Social Security Administration (SSA) for all U.S. payroll tax documents on an annual basis
- Provides with tax consultation to employees related to chapter 8, Global payroll, & U.S. tax laws & regulations
- Research and update U.S. tax wage types in the SAP Payroll System
- Review and remit funds to U.S. tax authorities
- Prepare and remit to U.S. government and employees all required tax reporting forms and electronic files.
- Assist the company's employee foreign assignments with the review and approval of the tax filings, tax balancing and the tax remittances
- Review and implementation of global tax law changes and tax policy updates
- Provides tax advisory consultation & support services
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a degree in a relevant field from a recognized and approved program
- A certification such as CPA is desirable
- A minimum of ten years’ experience in complex, multinational global tax matters (US., EU, UK, APAC, MENA) and big 4 tax compliance and consulting experience is highly desirable.
