Project Duration: 12 months, subject to extension.
Years of experience: 8-12 years.
Language Requirements: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).Responsibilities:Design Management: Lead the design process for cultural projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, stakeholder requirements, and industry standards. Coordinate design activities, manage design resources, and maintain design standards and guidelines.Development Coordination: Coordinate development efforts across various project phases, including conceptualization, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project objectives, establish development policies and procedures, and define key performance indicators (KPIs).Project Planning and Execution: Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage diverse stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration for successful project outcomes.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement QA processes, ensuring design and development outputs meet standards and regulations.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.Budget and Resource Management: Manage project resources efficiently, optimizing utilization to achieve objectives within budget.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, empowering members to contribute expertise and achieve project goals.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in cultural projects.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with methodologies and tools.
- Engineering background (architecture, civil, project management); exhibition/ museum experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, presentation and report drafting/ writing.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Well spoken and written English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
