This position designed to provide qualified applicants an opportunity acting as the voice for our customer(s) internally within various engaged departments and teams to ensure flowless internal Quote to-Cash process. Ultimately to achieve Cash and Profitability as targeted and maintain best Customer (Internally and Externally) experience and performance scores.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain, and update received Inquiries, and support quoting \ propose with applying Company policies, regulations, mandated reviews \ approvals, and best practice. Including regular follow up till closure of submitted quotes. Maintain/Update Quotation Log on timely manner.
  • Receive Orders, and manage fulfilment process with various orders (Sales, Services, Work, etc) to ensure closure by Delivery on-time \ Completed Services, billing on adequate timing, with focus to due payments constrain as applicable.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations for manufacturing and servicing completion/delivery dates, providing order updates to customer, ensure to avoid and \or eliminate any possibility for applying LDs.
  • Resolve customer order issues proactively, by working closely with SCM\MFG, Operations team, Sales, management and other functions \ dept Teams to maintain best practice meeting all day to-day relevant Customers Orders activities.
  • Maintain records of past Proposals/POs/Contracts within the period stipulated by the company.
  • Maintain/Update “Pricelists” for all customers for price comparison/analysis.
  • Receive as focal billing control person for final packages for invoicing to review, and ensure compliance to accounting, finance, and contractual requirements (ensure payable Billing)
  • Retain and support optimization for Orders relevant costs vs Revenues.
  • Retain and maintain adequate records, registrar, and system revisions as applicable.
  • Maintain and support proceed APs, agency fees, commissions, etc adequately with timely mannered payments, applying internal and legitimate process.
  • Receive and proceed any related complains and ensure resolving and eliminate any related issues.
  • Review and set up new customers. Maintain/Update Registration on various customers' ERP systems, etc.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
QHSE:
  • Comply with all company QHSE polices, process and apply best practice to maintain Safety and Quality at workplace and work-related activities, with loss prevention and lean continuous improvements.
Financial:
  • Proactively to indicate optimize costs and revenues relevant recommendation to improve and sustain profitability.
Growth and expansion:
  • Working on self-learning paths as assigned or proactively to grow self-knowledge and awareness and share key knowledge (as best practice) within NOV Community as applicable.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
  • The candidate for this role should be a self-starter and catalyst to ensure timely deliveries and communication with our customers. effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Can be counted on to take personal responsibility in challenging situations.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably, Sales & Business Development
  • 1- 3 years of relevant experience preferably from oilfield services or similar industry
  • ERP \ Aramco Portal experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well in multicultural environment.
  • High level of motivation and drive to deliver positive results.
  • Available and flexible to work out of regular working hours as needed to support the team and the business needs. Ability to understand, evaluate and apply technical information.
  • Understand and breakdown complex systems and workflows. Willing to engage in disputes in-order to settle them equitably. energized by challenges and drawn towards opportunities.
  • Is cognizant of organizational culture and politics, and appropriately adjusts personal style to be effective.
  • Imbued with a strong sense of customer focus (internal/external). Is known to consistently adhere to work instruction and procedures and expects others to follow suit
