Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented BIM modeler (Landscape) to join our team!What you'll be doing:Experience in designing both soft scape and hardscape elements, including trees, shrubs, and green area design.Knowledge of plant materials and hardscape materials, with experience selecting and specifying appropriate materials for different project types and locations.Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for landscape projectsDesign and develop Revit models for landscape projects, including site, hardscape, and soft scape elementsCollaborate with landscape architects and engineers to ensure design intent is met in the modelsUtilize environment plugins and SketchUp to create high-quality renderings and visualizations of landscape designsManage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverablesCommunicate effectively with project teams to meet project deadlinesProvide technical support and training to junior staff as neededWhat required skills you'll bring:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in landscape architecture, civil engineering or related fieldMinimum 4 years of experience in Landscape and BIM, with a focus on Revit modelling for landscape architecture projectsStrong engineering background with experience in grading, drainage, and site utilities designExtensive knowledge of Revit software, including creating families and custom contentExperience in environment plugin and SketchUp for rendering and visualizationProficiency in other design software such as AutoCAD and 3D modeling softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
