Survey Manager - Geotechnical Division

• Lead and manage a team of surveyors to ensure quality and accuracy in surveying activities
• Plan and coordinate surveying activities for geotechnical projects
• Supervise the collection and analysis of survey data, including soil samples and geophysical data
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment and software to conduct surveys and generate accurate reports
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project outcomes
• Stay updated on industry advancements, best practices, and regulations in geotechnical surveying
• Provide guidance and training to junior surveyors and ensure adherence to safety procedures
• Manage survey equipment, including maintenance and calibration

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Survey Manager in the geotechnical industry
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical survey principles, techniques, and equipment
• Experience in leading and managing surveying teams
• Proficiency in using advanced surveying equipment and software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Thorough understanding of safety procedures and guidelines in geotechnical projects
