1. Study the contractual scope of site work, applicable specification and standards, application, electrical scheme drawings and interface engineering.

2. Review and understand the site test procedure and test formats taking into consideration the manufacturer recommendations and applicable standards.3. Understand / advise to team Installations / Electromechanical related activities and support to teams.4. Plan and schedule the Testing and commissioning activities.5. Identify and arrange the test equipment needed to carry out the task. Verify the availability of required documentation (specifications, scheme drawings, etc.,).6. Confirm the relay setting calculation received from Technical team before starts the site actions.7. Proceed with the testing and commissioning of the equipment and its interface with other equipment in line with the test procedure and agreement reached with the customer.8. Issue the documentation of the test results duly validated by the individual and the customer. Issue the certification of the installation for energisation and operation.9. Investigate reported malfunction and implement curative action /initiate corrective action.10. Co-ordinate with customer for outage requirement, entry gate pass, work permit, etc…11. Verify application of all safety rules and good maintenance of test and measuring instruments and tools, and implement the corrections needed.12. Report on progress and completion of jobs.13. Control all related documentation (Test Procedures, test reports, as built drawings).14. Track Installed Base (serviceable assets)15. Submit Opportunity Detected during his interventions16. Leads or contributes to Field Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site (end of life, modernization, upgrade, …).17. Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other service documents, including but not limited to, specifications, reporting and quality requirements.18. Perform basic audits of customer’s electrical systems and equipment.19. Document all required information for each site (technical report)20. Get signature from customer for acceptance after the execution of the on-site work21. Provide daily and accurate time and expense for each customer intervention22. Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.23. Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up.24. Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment’s upgrades that will meet customer needs.25. Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.26. When at customer site, looks for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team27. Is in permanent relation with his planner/coordinator for smooth execution of his intervention28. Will escalate to FS technical expert in the countries as needed when unable to solve a technical issue29. Perform other duties as assigned30. Can investigate remotely the origin of the breakdown and submit fixes (in a service bureau for example)Qualificationsq Engineering degree in Electrical /Electronics/ Power Engineering.q 4-5 years equivalent experience in a testing and commissioning of Electrical equipments i.e MV/LV Switchgears, Transformers, PLCs and Communicationq The job requires to stand, walk for extended periods of time + to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
