DS DeepSource GmbH is looking for a skilled Network and Voice Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Network and Voice Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining the network and voice infrastructure of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient network and voice operations.Responsibilities:

Design and implement network and voice solutions based on business requirements.
Configure and maintain network and voice hardware, software, and associated components.
Perform network and voice troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with network and voice engineers to implement best practices and ensure high availability and security.
Monitor network and voice performance and recommend improvements.
Manage network and voice documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and inventories.
Work with vendors and service providers to resolve network and voice-related issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network and voice systems.

RequirementsRequirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 2 years Proven work experience as a Network and Voice Engineer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and voice technologies.
Experience with Cisco networking and voice equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Network and voice certifications (CCNP)
Strong understanding of network administration and troubleshooting principles.
Proven experience with Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, including (but not limited to) Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), and Voice
