JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled and passionate Design Manager with expertise in heritage design to join our team. As a Design Manager (heritage), you will play a key role in preserving and enhancing the cultural heritage of our projects. JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exemplary projects that showcase the rich history and heritage of Saudi Arabia.In this role, you will lead and manage the design process for heritage preservation and restoration projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, historians, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are sensitive to the historical significance of the site while meeting modern standards of functionality and sustainability. Your exceptional design and project management skills will contribute to the successful execution of heritage projects that inspire and educate visitors.Responsibilities

Lead and manage the design process for heritage preservation and restoration projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop design strategies that balance historical significance, functionality, and sustainability
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards for heritage preservation
Oversee the production of architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify and address conservation and restoration needs
Select and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and specialists as required
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in heritage preservation and restoration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in heritage design and preservation
Strong knowledge of heritage conservation principles and international best practices
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Experience managing heritage projects from concept to completion
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals
Passion for heritage preservation and appreciation for cultural significance
