Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing repairs, electrical system maintenance, mechanical equipment servicing, and HVAC system inspections.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from restaurant and cafe staff.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
• Install, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and other restaurant-specific appliances.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing maintenance tasks.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed for specialized repairs or installations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels for maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Provide technical guidance and training to restaurant and cafe staff on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Experience working in restaurants and cafes preferred.
• Good in both Arabic and English languages.
• Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to maintenance work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
