- Organize meetings, business unit events and conferences
- Manage databases and filing system
- Attend senior management meetings
- Coordinate external correspondences (Arabic & English), including queries and complaints
- Coordinate courier shipments
- Proactively connect with team members, suppliers, and clients as required
- Maintain stationery and furniture supplies
- Manage and budget petty cash for the team
- Archive government document related to civil defense and municipality with agility admiration team
- Tracking the expiry date for the above license
- Tracking the attendance for ALP employee as per agility polices
- Act as the POC for any HR, Finance,ALP or IT related matter with Kuwait Corp/HR team; this includes keeping employee records up to date (leave, attendance, new requisition), arranging transportation and accommodation bookings and travel requests, and user IDs & emails
- Use internal systems (Oracle - Transfora- Prolease, if required) to process various requests on behalf of the team members
- High School Diploma required, Associate's Degree or relevant certification/s preferred
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong writing skills in Arabic & English
- Business math skills
- Results oriented - possessing initiative, adaptability, and the ability to lead and make informed decisions
- Good understanding and application of confidentiality
- Organized, and with good attention to detail
