- Serve as the primary point of contact for all international clients and the operations team.
- Design and execute unique incentive programs for international clients that showcase the heritage and culture of the destination.
- Supervise the planning and execution of travel programs for international incentive clients.
- Manage relationships with all local vendors and suppliers within Saudi Arabia.
- Oversee every aspect of the travel program to ensure the highest quality of services provided.
- Report directly to the Head of Tourism.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience within the hospitality industry, with expertise in Incentive travel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain composed and handle situations effectively.
- Proficient problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of requirements for Incentive travel and international clients.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about the job.
