- Follow up on everything related to the Personnel Affairs and Human Resources Department
- Reviewing reports of employee attendance, leave, vacations, and permits for all regions and branches
- Preparing and approving salary charts, monthly incentives, overtime, and discounts
- Follow up and supervise reports on renewal of residence permits and employee contracts
- Follow up on employee problems and provide suggestions to solve them
- Follow up on internal and external recruitment processes and create job offers
- Review and prepare internal policies
- Supervising all daily operations within the Human Resources Department
- Follow up operation
- Preparing and formatting letters
- Familiar with the system of the Labor and Workers Office and labor issues
