- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee project execution, monitoring progress against milestones and deliverables, and taking proactive measures to address issues and risks.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the construction process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Facilitate regular communication and collaboration among stakeholders to align expectations, address concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support project success and future business opportunities
- Allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to support project activities and optimize project performance.
- Supervise and mentor project team members, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure their professional development and project success.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including procurement activities, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations
- Monitor project expenditures against budget allocations, identifying variances and implementing cost-saving measures as needed.
- Review and approve project-related invoices, change orders, and procurement requests, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts to track project financial performance and inform decision-making by senior management
- Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project outcomes.
- Implement risk management processes, including risk assessment, mitigation planning, and contingency planning, to proactively address potential issues and ensure project success.
- Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle, updating risk registers and risk management plans as needed to maintain project resilience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, with at least 20 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics park development, real estate market dynamics, and supply chain management principles.
- Valid Iqama in KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
- Willingness to work in Morocco
- Familiarity with PEB ( Pre engineering building ) and SOG techniques ( Slab on grade )
- Fluency in French, English, and Arabic
- Strong background in construction of industrial facilities
- Excellent project management skills with the aptitude, attitude and capability to handle multiple projects in different countries at the same time
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate complex business opportunities.
