As an Oracle HCM Technical Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients in the engineering, projects contracting, and construction industry. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their business requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful integration of Oracle HCM modules.Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with end users or business owners to understand business requirements.
  • Lead the enhancement and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labour, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Workforce Management, to meet internal specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise in Oracle HCM to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery within specified timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM implementation, ensuring minimal disruption to internal processes.
  • Stay abreast of Oracle HCM updates, patches, and new features, providing proactive recommendations to enhance internal HCM systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Functional Consultant, with a focus on the engineering, projects contracting, and construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Workforce Management.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM to meet internal specifications.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications in HCM modules are highly desirable.
Related Technical Experience:
  • In-depth experience in Oracle HCM module configuration, customization, and implementation.
  • Proven ability to integrate Oracle HCM with internal systems and third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in data migration and conversion processes for Oracle HCM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong skills in developing and customizing reports and analytics using Oracle HCM reporting tools.
  • Technical troubleshooting expertise to identify and resolve issues in Oracle HCM implementation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and cloud-based features.
  • Programming and scripting proficiency for customizations and extensions in Oracle HCM.
  • Certification in relevant Oracle HCM modules, demonstrating commitment to staying current with industry best practices.
