- Evaluating and determining the right structure of the sales department
- Reviewing and deciding the annual sales strategy
- Establishing the marketing function in-house and building the yearly marketing plan
- Implementing market research and analysing competitors in each category
- Diagnosing and proposing a suitable pricing strategy
- Conducting research, assessment and recommending distributors in regions that are not currently covered
- 15+ years of sales and marketing experience including 3 to 5 years as a Head of Sales and Marketing
- A strong background in the beauty or personal care segments
- A deep understanding of the Saudi market gained from previous work experience in the Kingdom
- Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Arabic is preferred
