The aim of the Head of Sales and Marketing, based in Jeddah, will be to lead and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy for the beauty division of the group, drive revenue growth and enhance market presence across the Kingdom.The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for:

Evaluating and determining the right structure of the sales department
Reviewing and deciding the annual sales strategy
Establishing the marketing function in-house and building the yearly marketing plan
Implementing market research and analysing competitors in each category
Diagnosing and proposing a suitable pricing strategy
Conducting research, assessment and recommending distributors in regions that are not currently covered

15+ years of sales and marketing experience including 3 to 5 years as a Head of Sales and Marketing
A strong background in the beauty or personal care segments
A deep understanding of the Saudi market gained from previous work experience in the Kingdom
Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Arabic is preferred
