- Work with clients to understand business processes and requirements
- Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using the ServiceNow platform
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules and integrate with third-party applications
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications
- Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow
- Develop technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation
- Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes
- Lead and participate in the delivery of large-scale ServiceNow projects
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Several years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules and integrating with other systems and applications
- Experience leading and participating in large-scale ServiceNow projects
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), is preferred
