- Master's degree in Mathematics or related field
- Teaching license or qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, QTS)
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum development role

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Mathematics curriculum framework aligned with the American curriculum standards and educational objectives
- Lead curriculum review, development, and enhancement initiatives to ensure relevance, rigor, and coherence in Mathematics education
- Collaborate with teaching staff to provide guidance and support in curriculum planning, assessment, and instructional strategies in Mathematics
- Coordinate and facilitate curriculum mapping, alignment, and assessment practices across all grade levels
- Analyze student data and assessment results to inform instructional decision-making and improve student outcomes in Mathematics
- Provide professional development opportunities and resources to support teachers in implementing effective Mathematics instruction
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including parents, educational agencies, and accreditation bodies, to ensure compliance with standards and requirements in Mathematics education
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Mathematics curriculum implementation and recommend adjustments as needed
