Capital Expenditure Analysis
Asset Retirement and Disposal
Asset Additions
Supporting Physical Count
Asset Impairment Assessment
Training and Support
IFRS 16
Classification of capex and Opex
Mange assets register and system related matter.
Closing monthly

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in fixed asset management
Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
Experience in conducting asset audits and maintaining documentation
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to fixed assets
