JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:Duties and Responsibilities:1. Facilitate Clinical Excellence stories for Brand PR and doctor branding2. Facilitate Doctor Educational Videos3. Facilitate Patient Videos on life changing surgeries4. Facilitate Blogs written by doctors5. Facilitate Call Center IVR Welcome Message6. Facility Photoshoot (External & Internal )7. Facilitate Monthly Newsletter8. Design and content proof reading9. Retrieve Monthly Department wise footfalls for past 1 year10. Retrieve Total Calls and appointments through Call center department wise splits for past 1 year11. Retrieve Total Referrals Doctor wise12. Facilitate Doctors profile and photoshoots13. Report all marketing operations and activities (visuals, videos, and media) to the Marketing head & insure that all approvals come through the Marketing Head.14. Align all marketing activities and calendars to the Marketing Head.15. Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients, as “the patient is the center of our care”.Other Job Functions:1. Perform all duties and tasks in line with the Person Centered Care values.2. Adherence to all policies, plans and programs within the Fakeeh Care.3. Perform duties as per the code of conduct requirement and ethical standards as outlined in the HCM policies and guidelines.4.
