- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand clients' needs and goals, and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products/services to existing clients.
- Being involved in pitching for new business and developing PR proposals
- Managing a high level of client interaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business leads.
- Leverage your electrical engineering background to understand and explain our products to clients.
- Building client relationships and maintaining a network of media contacts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed.
- Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation.
- Develop and maintain media relationships.
- Assist in creating press releases, articles, and other PR materials.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance and sales metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is a must.
- From 2-5 years of experience in account management and public relations.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering concepts and products.
- Experience directing business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) and PR accounts.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of metal industry trends and competitors is a plus.
