JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Development Manager to join our team. As a Senior Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development process for various projects, ensuring their successful completion from initial concept through to final delivery.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will coordinate and lead the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from land acquisition and due diligence to design, construction, and handover.Responsibilities:

Manage several projects through the Development Cycle is including but not limited to (1) Project Feasibility, (2) Pre Development, (3) Design & Procurement (4) Project Execution (5) Tenant Coordination and (6) Asset Management. The role will include interfaces across conceptualization, planning, permitting, market and financial analysis, financing, leasing, design, procurement and construction with a strong emphasis on Time, Cost & Quality.
Work with multiple user groups and internal departments to establish project objectives.
Develop project scope and/or definition documents.
Coordinate strategic consultants’ scope of works.
Review and coordinate projects budgets and schedules.
Develop design and construction briefs and objectives.
Oversee technical direction of project architects, engineers and consultants involved in assigned projects to ensure that all program requirements are met within the budget and time constraints.
Represent the best interest of the company at public meetings regarding departmental affairs.
Regular reporting on the status of all active projects. Allocate and prioritize resources / consultants on projects as appropriate and when needed.
Maintain and develop a strong supply chain.
Report to Senior Management any project disputes or grievances.
Manage and report on project procurement and contracts.
Ensure quality of work and end results that meet the objectives for the company.
Identify any process improvements and agree with Senior Management

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
17+ years’ experience, including 5 years’ experience in development management, including experience with large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of the development process, including land acquisition, design, construction, and handover
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred
