In this role, you will be responsible for expediting the procurement process and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.Responsibilities:

Expedite purchase orders and contracts to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain status updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor delivery schedules and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.
Assist in vendor selection and evaluation process.
Support the procurement team in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations is preferred.
