- Developing project plans using design and computer programs
- Communicate with architects, contractors, consultants and co-workers

- Solve and develop design problems
- Estimating the potential value and risks of the project
- Managing project budgets and resources
- Analysis of questionnaires and drawing maps using computer modeling software
- Evaluate the project's environmental impact and potential risks
- Attending public meetings and discussing projects
- Management and maintenance of public and private infrastructure
- Conduct site surveys and layouts to establish construction sites
- Calculate construction costs and analyze long-term plans and survey reports, as well as maps and data for project design
- Analyzing the results of testing soil or building materials such as asphalt and concrete to determine their efficiency for use in projects
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Practical experience in the same field
- English-good
