- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events industry through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential leads and opportunities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.
- Prepare persuasive and compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
- Track sales performance metrics, including leads generated, conversions, revenue targets, and client retention rates.
- Generate regular reports and insights on sales activities, performance trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Saudi Nationality only.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in media business development and sales
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Detailed oriented, excellent planning, and analytical skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Deep digital and social media understanding.
- Willing to embrace new technology.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, as well as time- management.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite as well as CRM softwares (e.g. Salesforce, PipeDrive).
