An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Graduate or Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.Requirements· 6-8 Experience in Oracle ERM. Should have worked with OFSAA solutions such ERM, EPM, KYC BASILL 2 etc.· Install and deploy the OFSAA solutions with all modules in a Bank environment.· Support all phases of deploying the OFSAA solutions at customer sites including initial installation, patches and upgrades, application configuration, user acceptance testing and go-live.· Interact with Functional and Technical Consultants to ensure the successful deployment of the OFSAA solutions.· Discuss and document configuration of environment.· Familiarity with OBI.· Exposure to any of the following tools Informatica, Oracle BI Tools, SQL Server BI tool set, Business Objects, Cognos, ERWIN· Good understanding of Databases (Oracle, MSQLServer, DB2, ExaData)· Programming work experience in PL/SQL· Knowledge of any of the Web Servers like Websphere, Weblogic etc· Exposure in BFSI Domain· Excellent English written and oral communication skills. The TC must be able to clearly articulate ERM functionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management.· Mature, self-starting, self-motivating, and capable of making decisions independently.· Graduate or undergraduate level degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering or Systems Engineering, BE, computer science.
