Our client is an international tech company and they are looking for a Chief of Staff in their Jeddah office.The Chief of Staff plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and the leadership team to optimize their efforts for maximum impact during this next growth phase. Serving as an essential member of the broader leadership team, the Chief of Staff will contribute to maintaining and advancing the company’s strong culture while ensuring alignment with the organization’s vision, values, and strategic plan.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
Possession of a Project Management certification is preferable.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence, business strategy, or executive communications is necessary. Experience as a Chief of Staff and/or managing a board is advantageous.
Prior involvement in strategy within a technology company or startup is highly sought after.
Demonstrated capability in establishing relationships with senior decision-makers is essential.
The candidate must exhibit strategic thinking and possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic are a must.
