Job description:
Functional tasks:
- Evaluate all equipment and raw materials used in the project and give an estimated budget of costs
- Supervising the work completed according to agreed upon plans
- Retest all completed electrical installations and works and ensure that they work as required
- Sending reports to the executive supervisors on completed work and amendments, if any
- Delivering the required work at the specified times
- Responsibility for following up on maintenance procedures
- Preparing electrical plans and designs
- Study electrical diagrams and designs
- Supervising the implementation of works carried out by contractors and their proper delivery
- Preparing the necessary contracts, reports, correspondence and communications
- Supervising employees and technicians in the Electricity Department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering as a minimum
- Experience working with technical project management
- At least 5 years of experience
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, reading and writing
- Experience in working with the rules and conditions of the Saudi code
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design and development
- Experience working with site inspections, construction supervision and contract management
- Strong communication and personal time management skills
- Strong skill in analysis and problem solving
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation safety
- English-fluent
