Senior Data Analyst

• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes in line with leading practices
• Establish working relationships with relevant internal stakeholders
• Collect feedback from internal stakeholders on issues being faced and other requirements
• Contribute to the preparation of progress reports directed to all relevant stakeholders to keep them informed of progress
• Conduct research to keep abreast of the latest data analysis practices and models for continuous improvement and innovation
• Participate in the identification of needs and develop full understanding of what to deliver, when and how
• Develop SQL queries to support in extracting data from multiple sources in line with pre-identified data needs and in coordination with concerned stakeholders
• Conduct data inspection to validate extracted / received data and flag unavailable or incomplete data sets to ensure readiness of data files in line with pre-defined plans
• Support in data cleansing, and perform needed editing and manipulation to integrate data received from multiple sources while ensuring compliance with the company's approved routines and rules for coding and editing
• Build data dashboards and reports through utilizing BI software while adhering to pre-set guidelines and design
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive data analyses on data streams based on pre-defined hypotheses and requirements
• Document the data analysis process and highlight all relevant data changes or corrections and faced challenges
• Develop spreadsheets, prepare reports and add relevant supporting information to effectively communicate data analysis outcomes

• 2+ years of experience in a Data Science field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Big Data and Analytics or equivalent is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
