  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment tools and techniques
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
