Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Engineer – landscape Architect to join Jazan program team! Provides professional Landscape design discipline support to the Jazan projects with particular emphasis on promoting and maintaining the technical adequacy, uniformity, and quality of the project designs in conformance with approved standards and codes. Provides discipline specific support and advice through the Engineering department with a focus on optimizing proposals and promoting engineering excellence.What You'll Be Doing:Provides landscape design input to related projects and programs.Prepares outline design proposals for “in house” design development.Coordinates landscape activities with activities of other disciplines.Provides technical advice to other RC/MSC Sections or Units.Reviews regularly RC Standard details, specifications and procedures.Prepares technical specifications and scope of work descriptions.Inputs into and reviews Request for Proposal (RFP) and Scope of Work (SOW) documents with design concepts.Provides technical assistance during pre-bid deliberations, proposal evaluations, and post-award or other contract conferences.Reviews A/E contractor design drawings, specifications, and calculations submittals and coordinates with the work of other disciplines.Performs field inspections and provides professional field support as necessary during construction phases.Prepares conceptual designs, interface layouts and conflict solutions.Prepares technical correspondence, reports, and studies.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with major course work in Landscape Architecture or in a related field.Minimal 12 years of experience in related field.Specific technical qualifications and experience required for the position are identified below:Experience in Nursery planning and operations.Design and concept capability and graphical presentation abilities.What Desired Skills You'll Bring:Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Not Applicable/NoneParsons is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
