JASARA PMC is seeking a Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for preparing, managing, and filing documents for our projects. Your main duties will include typing contracts, archiving files, and ensuring that all team members have access to the necessary documentation. Additionally, you will be required to review and update technical documents, distribute project-related copies to internal teams, and maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, along with familiarity with project management, basic knowledge of labor and corporate law, and hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and Aconex. You should also possess strong typing and editing skills, data organization skills, and attention to detail. A BSc degree or Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.Requirements

Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
Familiarity with project management
Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and Aconex
Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Proficient typing and editing skills
Data organization skills
Attention to detail
BSc degree or Diploma in relevant field preferred
