Job description:
- A sales manager is required to work for Al-Shahrani International Company Limited (a leading trading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia specializing in electrical appliances, air conditioning, foodstuffs, bakery supplies, sweets, corporate and hotel catering, packaging materials, etc.)Job Role:
- Supervising and managing the company's sales team
- Define sales goals, create sales plans, develop and maintain customer relationships, negotiate contracts, conduct sales meetings, and train and develop sales team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Years of experience in the field of sales management in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Sound business acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Experience in the field of electrical appliances, air conditioning, food, and packaging is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic
