- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Well knowledge of protocols.
- Advanced formal writing skills
- Advanced communication skills.
