Job Posting Date: April 13th, 2022What you will do:- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
- Organization development such as (Organizational Structure, Positions designing and job descriptions).
- HR Operation Services (Vacations, Personnel Files, Letters, Contracts, Contract Extensions, End of contracts, End of service award calculations & HR systems).
- Manage the performance management cycle from start to end.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Checking the integrity of the procedures to be applicable with Saudi Labor Law.Benefits & Perks:

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in recruiting, HR operation and administration operation.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
- Good experience in Saudi Labor Law.
- Familiar with Jisr software (Extra point).
- Familiar with all government programs ( Muda – Qiwaa – GOSI -HRSD … Etc. ).
- You've experienced in HR senior roles.
- Experience to manage the payroll processes & wage protection system.
- Creating the Organizational Structure.
- You appreciate diversity and believe that each person has a unique story.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience to manage multiple projects, and organize events and functions.
- Structured, well organized, and have with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade/influence/coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and self-directed.
- Ability to handle a variety of sensitive matters in a professional, polished, and mature manner with tact, diplomacy, discretion, and good judgment.
