We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our B2B sales efforts for household plastic products, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for household plastic products in the B2B segment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions tailored to B2B customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in B2B sales, preferably in the household plastic products industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Sound understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
